Need Help with a TK LEV Elevator

Got a weird one on my hands and hoping someone out there has seen this. My customer's TK LEV elevator, a 2006 model, had a controller board swapped out with a port of another board.

Initially, the doors were jumped out and the elevator would run fine. But as soon as I wired the safety chain back in, the Car Operating Panel started throwing an "ST fault" every time we tried to cycle the doors.

Any idea what could be causing this? Has anyone run into this specific issue before? Any insights would be appreciated

@h4mburger That ST fault is usually tied to a door safety circuit not reading correctly. I would double-check the door limit switches and wiring before digging deeper into the controller.
