Yeaa, those diagrams can be hard find, but they're out there. I'd say your best bet is to check with elevator supply companies or independent service techs, many still keep old Dover manuals, especially for Hydro units with IBM-style relays. You might even find someone willing to email you a PDF if you ask around locally or someone here might have it.

Once dover went out of business or bankrupted, no idea what happened, it was acquired by TK elevator, so that could be your starting point. I know this because a client I had a few years ago was working there at the time, no idea why the information remained stuck in my head, but i hope it helped someone.

I think vertical express offers wiring diagrams/layouts for dover hydro controllers and can provide the documentation directly if you have the original job number.
If anyone's had direct experience and can share a scanned copy or step by step guidance, that'd be incredibly helpful too!
